Sky Lights Schoren fits perfectly into the neighbourhood image. A metal strip-structured façade reflects the surroundings according to the weather. The buildings are tranquil and majestic in a park-like setting. These green spaces provide open meeting areas and additional playing and exercise areas. The view, both from the upper and lower floors, were the focus of the floor plan orientations from the outset. Thus, you can enjoy the view of the green park from the lower floors. The views of the district already extend out from the 4th floor. The rental properties that are southwest facing afford a view of Basel. To the north, the view looks out across the far-reaching view of the Lange Erlen recreational area and the Wiese river, a Rhine tributary, and beyond to Germany. And to the east, the Blauen and Gempen foothills of the Jura range appear in the morning sun.
TOP-QUALITY AND MINERGIE-CERTIFIED
Sky Lights Schoren emerged as the result of a competition. Two high-rise blocks of a pre-determined size and clearly-defined utilisation resulted. The Minergie-certified, top-quality construction methods and the top-class fit-out standard characterise the buildings. A mix of 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments were created with an exciting building massing due in part to its offsets. They offer space for the diverse requirements of the wide-variety of tenants. The floor plans are mostly identical and mirrored according to the section of the building. 137 inviting rental properties are spread across the 17 and 19 floors respectively.
